Finding Good Food in the City of Angels. Veggie Tomato Soup, Seafood Soup, Beef Soup. Garvey Ave, Monterey Park CA. The food is absolutely fantastic and the restaurant atmosphere is too. Located in the downtown historic district, the restaurant boasts fantastic architecture and gives a very welcoming vibe.
